    IntegrationHub release notes

ServiceNow® IntegrationHub is a Now Platform® feature that extends the Flow Designer workflow automation capabilities by enabling you to integrate your instance's data with data in external systems. IntegrationHub was enhanced and updated in the Quebec release.

IntegrationHub highlights for the Quebec release

    • Break down process silos by keeping your instance's automated workflows in sync with workflows on other instances.
    • Build automated integrations that trigger automatically when an external system makes a REST call to your instance.
    • Reduce the time needed to build custom, automated integrations in Action Designer with new and improved integration steps.

    New in the Quebec release

Access connection and credential details with the Get Connection Info step
Get connection and credential information from another step, such as a REST step, in your integration action. Provide this information to other steps in your action.
Build custom SQL queries and filter data with the JDBC step
Build data stream actions to collect data from a database using a custom SQL query in the JDBC step, filter the data output, and transform the data as necessary.
Install multiple applications in a batch
The Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) SpokeBatch Install plugin helps you install multiple applications, plugins, or application-customizations at once instead of having to install each pipeline one at a time.
Sync process flows among multiple instances with Remote Process Sync
IntegrationHub Remote Process Sync enables you to set up one-way or bidirectional integrations among multiple ServiceNow® instances so that your process flows stay in sync.
Transfer files using the SFTP step
Transfer files by specifying the target host or IP address in your connection record using the following SFTP commands:
    • Copy Attachments To SFTP Server: Copies the specified attachments from ServiceNow instance to an SFTP server.
    • Copy Files To This Instance: Attaches the specified files in the SFTP server to the specified record in ServiceNow instance.
Trigger a flow from a REST API
Start a flow from an inbound API call or webhook from an external system. Configure the trigger start conditions without having to write or maintain custom code.
Select MID Server in the IntegrationHub steps
Select the specific MID Server when you build integration steps and create connection records.
Get variables in a variable set
Access variables in a variable set using the Get Catalog Variables action and select variables from multiple template catalog items and variable sets.

    Activation information

IntegrationHub is available with activation of an IntegrationHub subscription package. For details, see Request IntegrationHub.
