The application verifies the overall regulatory compliance. Regulatory Change Management was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

New in the Xanadu release

Assign rule-based regulatory alerts
Define the routing rules to automatically distribute regulatory alerts to internal stakeholders. You can apply conditions to filter incoming regulatory feeds by Title, Description, Key dates, and many other fields. You can also auto-assign filtered regulatory alerts to domain experts for further review.
Add an AI-recommended citation to a regulatory alert
Add AI-powered recommendations from the most relevant citations through incoming regulatory changes, authority documents, child citations, and related control objects. You can drill down into the recommendations to explore the details within the context of the alert.

Enhanced the Task management feature to help the coordinator to change the ownership of change tasks and action tasks.
Next Experience Chat Collaboration and Discuss
Enhanced the Next Experience Chat and Collaboration and Discuss feature.
Action Tasks
Added action tasks that are segregated from the Regulatory Change Management or the Compliance Case Management application for differentiation and reporting in the My Tasks portal.

Deprecated features in Xanadu release

  • No plans to enhance the Calendar reporting view in the Classic UI that is shipped with the application.
  • No plans to enhance the Overview dashboard in the Classic UI that is shipped with the application.
