If you're an existing customer using the Service Portal (sp) portal for employee self-service use cases, we recommend that you migrate to the Employee Center (esc) portal for a better experience.
The KB News widget displays information from the Knowledge Base. You can use this base system widget as-is in your portal or clone it to suit your own business needs.
You can configure the KB News widget to display specific information by selecting a category from the KB category list.
Note: The KB News widget only displays the knowledge base articles a user has access to based on
ACL rules.
