The ServiceNow® HR Service Delivery for Healthcare application creates a standardized, digitized, and automated physician onboarding workflow using the Healthcare Professional data model. The application enables you to see the full picture for all the required onboarding information during and after physician onboarding. HR Service Delivery for Healthcare is a new application in the Xanadu release.

Healthcare Professional data model
Use the Healthcare Professional data model to store confidential data pertaining to a healthcare professional, such as practice name, medical degree, and practice locations. The Healthcare Professional data model enables the organization to access, track, and update healthcare profile information throughout the period of employment of a healthcare professional. The profile records are stored confidentially and aren't publicly viewable.
Customize Healthcare Employee Onboarding workflow
Use the default Healthcare Employee Onboarding workflow in Journey designer to set up and automate the following tasks for a newly hired healthcare professional at a healthcare organization:
  • Auto-create a profile and email account for the healthcare professional.
  • Auto-initiate the necessary form intake tasks for the healthcare professional.
  • Auto-create credentialing and validation tasks for HR agents so the agents can review and validate information submitted by the healthcare professional.
