Connect Chat that was initiated from Virtual Agent, the agent is logged out |
After clicking End Session, the agent session should be
able to continue in the Connect workspace window. As a result of this issue, when
the agent clicks End Session, the agent is logged out and has
to log back in to continue. |

User Criteria
PRB1384718
KB0813210
|
Adding a user to a group for user criteria requires the cache to be
cleared |
When there is user criteria on an item to make it available for a specific user
group, the cache must be cleared in the instance when a new user is added into that
group. If the cache is not cleared, the item does not become available for that
user. |
- Navigate to .
- Add the following criteria:
- Name: test
- Group: RMA Approvers (Create a group if needed)
- Available For Catalog Item: Access
- Log in to the instance as an ITIL user.
You will see that the 'Access' item
is not available in the software catalog.
- Add the ITIL user to the RMA Approvers group and check the item again.
Expected behavior: The item should be available as soon as you add the
user to that group.
Actual behavior: The item is not visible even when you log out then log
in. However, after running cache.do, the item becomes visible again.

A topic author should be able to publish a topic without NLU model and
intent |
In New York, a topic can be created, previewed, and published without NLU model
and intent. These functions are not working the same way in Orlando. |
- Turn on NLU in general settings.
- Create a topic without NLU model and NLU intent.
- Publish the topic.
Expected behavior: The topic should publish successfully.
Actual behavior: The topic is not published and has errors saying that NLU
model and intent are required.
