Platform Analytics Solutions contain preconfigured dashboards. These dashboards contain actionable data visualizations that help you improve your business processes and practices.
Starting in Xanadu release, the Incident SLA Management Platform Analytics Solutions dashboards are deprecated. Users can use Incident dashboard to view the actionable data visualizations that help in improving the business processes and practices.
To enable the solution for Incident SLA Management, an admin can navigate to . Click Get Started then scroll to the section for Incident SLA Management. The guided setup takes you through the entire setup and configuration process.
The dashboards in this content pack are inactive when installed. Complete configuration and run data collection jobs before you activate these dashboards. You can activate dashboards in Dashboard Properties, accessible from the context menu. You have to assign an owner to the dashboard to activate it.
