As the incident leader, you can set up a future incident if an event is anticipated
or to schedule an exercise to practice responding to an incident.
Role required: sn_imt.imt_leadership_user, sn_imt.imt_psc_user, or
sn_imt.imt_incidents_user
The roster for a future incident does not appear when you
select IMT Rosters from the home page. You can edit the incident to include the roster
in the list before its start date.

Follow the steps to create an incident, and enter future start and end dates in
the first screen.

On the Select IMT Location form, add locations for the incident and click
Next.

Click Yes to assign resources and then click
Next.

Click Edit beside a resource.

Click Not needed and then click
Save.
The Action column is set to Not needed
yet.

Continue modifying the positions and then click
Next.

Click Submit.

Cause the roster to appear in the IMT Rosters list.

Open the future event and select the Show Roster
check box.
