How search works:
  • Punctuation and capital letters are ignored
  • Special characters like underscores (_) are removed
  • Known synonyms are applied
  • The most relevant topics (based on weighting and matching to search terms) are listed first in search results
Topics are ranked in search results by how closely they match your search terms
  • A match on the entire phrase you typed
  • A match on part of the phrase you typed
  • A match on ALL of the terms in the phrase you typed
  • A match on ANY of the terms in the phrase you typed

Note: Matches in titles are always highly ranked.

    Set up pillars

    The Operational Resilience base system includes five pillars. Pillars are simply categories used to organize risk data pulled from their associated entity types. You can operate Operational Resilience using these pillars as shipped, edit them as needed, or create new ones.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Operational Resilience > Admin > Pillars.

      This screen shows the five pillars in the base system. For each of the pillars, a default entity type is included in the base system. For example, the Technology pillar comes with the Technology entity type pre-selected. Technology pillar with pre-selected Technology entity type
    2. To create a new pillar, click New.

    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. Policy
      Field Description
      Set Leave this field set to Pillar.
      Name A name for this pillar.
      Label A label for this pillar as you want it to display on the dashboard.
      Choice category Leave this field set to Pillar.
      Order The order you want this pillar to display on the dashboard.
    4. Click Submit.
