ServiceNow Finance Operations
Mobile application lets you access your Finance Close Automation data on your mobile
device. The application enables you to monitor the status of close tasks in real time, approve
or reject the close tasks and follow-up tasks, collaborate with stakeholders to address
exceptions on the go.
Overview
Finance Operations Mobile application enables you to perform the following activities based on
your role:
- As a finance user, you can perform the following actions:
- View close tasks, journal entries, and follow-up tasks
The records are filtered
into different list groups, such as Rejected tasks, Overdue tasks, or Rejected
journal entries to help you easily access records that matter you the
most.
- Review and approve or reject close tasks, journal entries, and follow-up
tasks
- As an executive finance user, you can view close tasks and follow-up tasks grouped in
the following list groups:
- Milestones at risk
- Overdue critical tasks
- Corporate tasks at risk
You can also enable notifications to start receiving notifications on your mobile when a task
state changes or you've been assigned tasks for approval.
Enabling mobile experience for Finance Close Automation
Complete the following tasks to enable the mobile experience to track and collaborate on close
tasks and journal entries:
- Install the Finance Operations
Mobile application in your instance.
- Download the ServiceNow Agent mobile application on an iOS platform from the
Apple App Store or on an Android platform from the Google Play Store.

application and log in to access the application data on your mobile device.
