Add a work order to a case to track the work that must be done to resolve the
case.
When you create a work order from a case, the following
fields are automatically copied from the case form:

You can click the attachments
icon and add attachments to the work order. You can also use Agent Assist to search relevant articles and attach
it to the work order.
