Create or modify an HR case template for an HR service to automatically populate fields on the HR case form when a request for that service is made.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_hr_core.admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > HR Administration > HR Services > HR Service Configuration.
  2. Open the HR service.
  3. Open the HR template for that service.
    Note: To create a new HR case template for the HR service, click the Lookup icon, and then click New.
    Open the HR case template for the HR service.
  4. Fill in the fields on the form, as appropriate.
    Note: This is the new UI form view. To switch to the classic environment, click Switch to Classic UI in the form header.
  5. Click Submit or Update on the HR template form.
  6. Click Update on the HR service form.
