Use Mobile Onboarding

New hires can use the Mobile Onboarding app to complete their to-dos, ask questions related to onboarding, and enable or disable their notifications.

Complete onboarding to-dos

Complete your onboarding to-dos New hires can complete their onboarding to-dos from anywhere. For example, as part of pre-boarding, their to-dos can include watching an onboarding video, selecting their benefit packages, setting up direct deposit, and completing their employee profile information.

Ask questions related to onboarding

New hires can ask questions related to onboarding by navigating to the Welcome tab and tapping the chat icon, and then tapping the plus icon. The question appears as a comment in the associated lifecycle event case, and the new hire can also attach relevant files, photos, and video. The agent working on the case can reply to the new hire using the comments section in the case form. Ask questions related to onboarding.

Enable or disable notifications

Enable or disable notifications. New hires can enable or disable notifications on the Mobile Onboarding app by navigating to the Notifications tab.
