    Service Portfolio

By establishing service portfolios, you can more precisely evaluate the impact that services have on your business, and prioritize them accordingly. Administrators configure the portfolio services that you access through the Service Catalog.

When Service Portfolio Management is activated and configured, you can add and remove services from the Service Portfolio. You can also determine how those services are categorized.
Note: Application functionality requires the Service Portfolio Management plugin.
The Service Portfolio retrieves the information it displays from the following records enabling you to see what the service offers and its list of items (scope):
    • Services Scope
    • Price model
    • Service Offerings
    • Service Commitments
    • Configure service entries

To list the services that you provide, include them in the Service Catalog and make them active for your customers to see. Use categories to organize your business services and limit access to it with user roles.

    • Make service visible in Service Portfolio

After you configure an entry for your service, configure the service portfolio to display the service.
