Subscribe to Incident Communication Plan

Users subscribe to incident communication plan to be quickly informed about critical issues.

Any self-service user can subscribe to incident communication plan, to be notified when:

  • A new incident communication plan is created.
  • An incident communication plan is resolved or closed.
  • An incident communication plan is canceled.
  • The Actions Taken field on an incident communication plan is updated.

Notifications are sent using email. If Notify is active, you can send notifications by SMS message or voicemail.

For example, a business manager does not log in to the system on daily basis, but wants to know when a new incident communication plan is created. The business manager can subscribe to receive notifications whenever a new incident communication plan is raised.
