    Security-related fixes

    4. Use Configure > Form Layout to add an HTML field called Test HTML, and repeat this for the Translated HTML field.
    5. Open the incident.do form again and create an incident with a blank value on the new Test HTML field.
    6. Open the newly created record, and go to the activity section.
    7. Click the filter icon.
    8. Scroll down and click the 'Configure available fields' link.
    9. Add the Test HTML field in the slushbucket.
    10. Go back to the incident.do form and change the value in the Test HTML field to Hello World.
    11. Save the record.

    In the activity stream, '<p>Hello World</p>' is shown.
