Before you beginRole required: rota_admin or rota_manager Procedure Navigate to On-Call Scheduling > On-Call Calendars. Click and select the appropriate group from the choice list. The rotation schedules are shown for that group. Click the appropriate shift and in the pop-up window, click Manage Rota. In the Action choice list, select Provide coverage. In the Rosters choice list, select the desired roster. In the Member field, select the person who is scheduled to work on the shift as a substitute. Click Schedule. The changed shift is shown in purple and the information for the roster schedule entry states the selected shift, for example, Primary coverage, or Secondary coverage. If you selected All, the member you selected covers for all rosters at that particular time and as many entries are made as there are rosters. The final result looks like the following illustration.
