Deactivate an authority document

The Active option in an authority document indicates whether the authority documents has been retired.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_compliance.admin or sn_compliance.manager

Procedure

Navigate to Policy and Compliance > Compliance > Authority Documents.
Open an authority document.
In the authority document, clear the check box marked Active.

Deactivate an authority document

The Active option in an authority document indicates whether the authority documents has been retired.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_compliance.admin or sn_compliance.manager

Procedure

Navigate to Policy and Compliance > Compliance > Authority Documents.
Open an authority document.
In the authority document, clear the check box marked Active.
