Create a facilities schedule blackout Blackout periods can be defined for spaces, levels, buildings, campuses, and zones. The Facilities_admin can override blackout period requests. Before you beginRole required: Facilities_admin (create), Facilities_staff (view) Procedure Navigate to the list of spaces, levels, buildings, campuses, or zones within the Space Management application. For example, Space Management > Floor Select a record for the space you want to add the blackout period. In the Related Links, click View Facilities Schedule. Fill in the fields on the form, as appropriate. Table 1.
