ServiceNow® mobile product enhancements and updates in the Kingston release.

Access an instance from your mobile device using the native mobile app or directly from your mobile browser.

Activation information

Active by default.

To access the native mobile app, download the app from either the Apple iTunes or Google Play stores.

Browser requirements

Access the mobile web interface from the latest versions of the Safari or Chrome web browsers on your mobile device.

New in the Kingston release

Field style configuration
On the Document Title form (System Mobile UI > Table Titles), use the Style Field option to configure the appearance of the dot that visually differentiates a record in a list.
