Link to a website in HTML fields You can insert a link to a website in an HTML field. Before you beginRole required: the role necessary to update the record that contains the HTML field. For example, any user with a role can create a knowledge article and link to a website in the article text. Procedure Move the cursor to the position where the link is to appear.
