Service Portfolio

An administrator can control the services an end user can access in the Service Catalog when Service Portfolio Management is activated.

A module installed with Service Portfolio Management enables you to add and remove services from the Service Portfolio. It also determines how those services are categorized.
Note: Functionality described here requires the Service Portfolio Management plugin.
The Service Portfolio retrieves the information it displays from the following records enabling you to see what the service offers and its list of items (scope):
  • Services Scope
  • Price model
  • Service Offerings
  • Service Commitments
