Subscribe to a notification

You subscribe to the incident alert notifications in user notification preferences.

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > My Notification Preferences.
  2. Select the Notifications tab.
  3. Under Notifications By Category, locate Incident Alert and click the right arrow.
    The following notifications appear.
    • IA Actions Taken
    • IA Cancelled
    • IA Resolved Or Closed
    • New IA Raised
  4. To enable or disable a notification, click the right arrow beside a notification and move the toggle for each listed channel.
    A notification is enabled when the switch is green and slid to the right.
  5. To add a schedule or apply conditions, click the channel name and fill in the fields.

  6. Click the left arrow at the top, left to return to the notification. Continue clicking the left arrow to follow these steps to subscribe to the other incident alert notifications.
  7. Close the System Settings window.
