Project Status Portal Project Status Portal helps you track the status of your projects. It enables you to share your project status report with executives and other stakeholders. Creating reports and sharing them through email is time consuming. Using this method to track and manage reports can be complex for project or program managers. Each time a report is required, you must obtain the project status from the project managers. You must then collate the reports containing the status to be reported and email the report for review. Project Status Portal provides a comprehensive view of all aspects of your projects. The Summary view displays key information (such as percentage complete, dates, and portfolio). The Timeline view displays a work breakdown structure (WBS) in the Gantt format, and the top tile displays key performance indicators (KPIs) across all the selected projects. The portal enables you to: Derive the set of projects to be tracked based on a filter criteria. Drill down through a specific project and review it in terms of cost, resource, schedule, and scope. Share a project report with users who have the it_project_user role.Note: Project Status Portal replaces the My Gantt feature. Project Status Portal is based on Service Portal, which enables you to configure, customize, and extend your project requirements and organizational workflow. See the Service Portal documentation for more information.
