Add background check packages for First Advantage

You need to add one or more First Advantage background check packages to your instance so they can be accessed when making requests.

Before you begin

Create the necessary background check packages (background check only, background check and drug screening, and so on) in the First Advantage service. For each background check package, you will need to provide:

  • Package ID
  • Package name
  • Package description

Role required: sn_hr_integrations.admin


  1. Navigate to HR Integrations > Background Check Package.
  2. Click New or open a record.
  3. Fill in the fields on the form.

    Field Description
    Package ID ID of the background check package.
    Package name Name of the background check package.
    Description Description of the background check package.
    Source Name of the third-party HR service.
  4. Click Submit or Update.

What to do next

If you have more background check packages to add, repeat the process. Otherwise, configure the HR case template and HR service.
