View, track, and fulfill an onboarding request

From the HR Service Portal Ticket page, you can view the status and information about your onboarding request. You can also work tasks or cases assigned to you.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_hr_sp.hrsp_employee
You can view onboarding case information like:
  • The start date for new hires being onboarded.
  • The onboarding team for new hires.
  • Add or delete employees to the onboarding team. The new hire can communicate with team members on questions or concerns.
  • Chat with the assigned to person or anyone on the onboarding team.
  • Add requested document attachments.
  • Cancel an onboarding case created by mistake.
  • Each activity set of the case lifecycle and the state of completion.
  • Approve tasks or cases assigned to you.


From the HR Service Portal, click To-dos in the Form Header or scroll down to My To-dos, and select a Request Onboarding case.
