COE Configuration COE Configuration shows the base system Center of Excellence (COE) provided. You can turn off any COEs your company does not use. Before you beginRole required: sn_hr_core.adminOnly licensed COEs appear. COEs represent HR catalog categories, but also the service life cycle functionality across definition, request, and fulfillment. Refer to View or modify Center of Excellence (COE). Procedure Navigate to HR Administration > COE Configuration. Enable the COE (green) or disable (gray) it. Click Save. Only active COEs appear when creating or transferring an HR case.Note: Tables are where cases get created. Creating a COE means creating a table that extends the HR Case [sn_hr_core_case] table.
