Integrate with SuccessFactors service

The HR Integrations tool provides a base SuccessFactors integration that allows you to synchronize employee profile data between HR Service Delivery and the SuccessFactors service. You can use or further customize the base integration.

Integrate HR Service Delivery with the SuccessFactors service

Integration is a three-part process.

  1. Provide source credentials for SuccessFactors
  2. Configure inbound integration for SuccessFactors
  3. Configure integrations job for SuccessFactors

Base SuccessFactors integration

By default, the following data is pulled from the SuccessFactors service:

  • Departments
  • Locations
  • Job profiles
  • Worker profiles
  • Effective worker profiles
