Integrate with SuccessFactors service

The HR Integrations application provides a base SuccessFactors integration that uses SOAP and REST services to synchronize employee profile data between HR Service Delivery and the SuccessFactors service. You can use or further customize the base integration.

SuccessFactors integration process

Integration is a three-part process:

  1. Provide source credentials for SuccessFactors
  2. Verify inbound integration for SuccessFactors
  3. Schedule integrations job for SuccessFactors

Included in the base integration

By default, the following data is pulled from the SuccessFactors service:

  • Departments
  • Locations
  • Job profiles
  • Worker profiles
  • Effective worker profiles
