Navigate to Community > Forums. Choose a forum from the list that has been configured for membership. Click the Membership Approvals related list. Navigate to Self-Service > My Approvals. Accept or reject the membership requests. Only one approval is required for each task. Once the task has been approved or rejected, an email notification is sent to the user.
