Users: Reset your password on Windows systems If your organization has configured the ServiceNow Password Reset Windows Application, you can reset your password directly from your Windows login screen. Start your computer or press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to go to the Windows login screen. Click the Forgot Password? link. (Your administrator may have configured different text for the link.) On the Identify page, enter the requested information and then click Next. On the Verify page, enter the requested information, and then click Next. If your identity is verified, the Reset page displays whether you were successfully verified and the state of your account (either locked or unlocked). Based on your locked/unlocked state, perform one of the following actions: If your account is not locked, the page displays the Reset Password button. Enter and reenter the new password and then click Reset Password. If your account is locked, the page displays the Reset Password and Unlock Account buttons. You can enter a new password and click Reset password to reset the password and unlock the account. If your administrator has selected Enable account unlock for the password process, you can unlock the account without resetting the password by clicking Unlock account.
