Users: Enroll for identity verification using SMS codes

The process of verifying your identity using SMS codes works as follows: When you use the Password Resetweb page to request password reset, the system sends a numerical code to the mobile device that you authorized and verified in your profile. To verify your identity, you read the code and enter the code on the web page.

If your organization requires you to enroll for the SMS verification method, then the SMS Verification tab is marked with an asterisk (*).

  4. Click Submit.
