About this task

HR Outbound Schema Mapping identifies:
  • Data from HRSM to push to third-party HR application
  • Where the data is stored in HRSM
  • Where the data integrates to in the third-party HR application
  • A script to determine what data should be pushed and to where when there is no one-to-one relationship


  1. Navigate to HR Integrations > HR Outbound Schema Mapping.
  2. Click New or an existing record.
  3. Complete the form.
    Field Description
    Service mapping The name of the service mapping defined in HR Integration Outbound Service.
    Source Table The source table from HRSM.
    Source table column The column from HRSM that contains the data to push to the third-party HR application.
    Target column The third-party HR application column. Data from HRSM integrates to this column.
    Mandatory Indicates that this data is mandatory for integration.
    Use source script Check when using a source script to map data when a column does not have direct mapping from HRSM to the third-party HR application.
    Source script Defines where, how, and what data to push to the third-party HR application.
  4. Click Submit or Update.
