Configure integration source information

The first step in performing HR Integrations is to configure the integrations source information.

This process includes:
  • Configure credentials.
  • Configure properties.

Configure the integration and source information

  • Create a user account in the third-party HR application that has administrative privileges to configure integration.
  • Create a user account in HRSM that has the required roles to configure integration. The roles that are required:
    • HR admin [sn_hr_core.admin]
    • IT Admin [admin]
    • Integrations Admin [sn_hr_integrations.admin]
  • Set up communication information about the third-party HR application and properties information like username, password, version, and endpoint URL in Sources. These credentials provide access to the third-party HR application.
