Configure outbound (push) integration

Configure the outbound (push) integration before you run the scheduled integration job.

Configuring the outbound (push) integration is essential to ensure that the correct information is in sync between the third-party HR application and HRSM.
Note: The base system provides the correct configuration for outbound (push) integration with Workday. Only edit when pushing additional information not provided.

Configure outbound (push) integration

  • HR Integration Outbound Service: Configure what information and corresponding core table that HRSM pushes (outbound) to the third-party HR application.
  • HR Outbound Schema Mapping: Pulls together the HRSM core table and information from the HR Integration Outbound Service, the target column in the third-party HR application, and the script on how to map this data.
  • HR Service Mapping: Use to map the service (from HR Integration Outbound Service) to the SOAP message and the function in HR Webservices.
