Enable PDF summary for work order configuration options

Enable these configuration options to create a PDF summary for a completed work order and capture a customer signature.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Field Service > Configuration.
  2. Click the Add-ons tab.
  3. Scroll down to Signature Capture and PDF Order Summary.
  4. Enable these options:
    • Signature Capture
    • PDF Order Summary
  5. Click Save.
