Embedded help and guided tours Embedded help and guided tours provide just-in-time assistance to your users within the instance. Some content is provided in the base system, and an administrator can add or modify content. Embedded help and guided tours (com.glide.embedded_help and com.glide.sn_tourbuilder) are active by default in all instances. You can use the Embedded Help application to create customized content for your organization. Embedded helpEmbedded help provides targeted help content to a user in a UI page, based on their role. Your organization can add or replace embedded help content.Guided toursA guided tour provides a way to demonstrate to users how to use a feature.
