View benchmark KPI data

Benchmarks KPI data is shown in Service Portal. Data includes values for your company instance, and for global data.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_bm_client.benchmark_data_viewer

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Benchmarks > Dashboard and select either IT Service Management or IT Operations Management in the KPI category field.
  2. Click a tab to view the corresponding group of KPIs.
    Note: If the data seems incomplete or incorrect, you can investigate the KPI definition and conditions in Performance Analytics > Sources > Indicator Sources.
  3. To filter results, select either an industry, or number of users in the Compare with: field.

    • Energy & Utilities
    • Financials
    • Food
    • Government
    • Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals
    • Industrials
    • Other
    • Services
    • Technology
    Number of users:
    • <=1,000
    • 1,001-5,000
    • 5,001-10,000
    • 10,001-50,000
    • >50,000

    The data is automatically updated when you select a filter.

  4. Click either the list icon or the card-view icon for choice of view.
    In card view, clicking a KPI shows the six-month KPI performance trend chart on the card.
  5. To download a report to a PDF file, click BenchArrow.
