Enable a benchmark KPI Enable the KPIs that you would like to use in your data reporting. KPIs are disabled by default. Before you beginRole required: sn_bm_client.benchmark_admin Procedure Navigate to Benchmarks > Setup. Click the slider for the KPI to enable or disable. Click next to a KPI to view more information about the KPI, including the description, conditions, and table from which the data is collected. Click Save. Allow one to two months for aggregate monthly data to accurately reflect changes made to KPI status. Note: In some environments, resolved incident KPIs may require further configuration to retrieve resolved incident data. Configure resolved incident Benchmarks KPIsThe source for the KPIs containing resolved incident data is the resolved_at field in the Incident table, which may not exist in some environments. In this case, additional configuration is required to use these KPIs.
