Enable a benchmark KPI

Enable a benchmark KPI

Enable the KPIs that you would like to use in your data reporting. KPIs are disabled by default.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_bm_client.benchmark_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Benchmarks > Setup.
  2. Click the slider for the KPI to enable or disable.
  3. Click BenchPencil next to a KPI to view more information about the KPI, including the description, conditions, and table from which the data is collected.
  4. Click Save.
    Allow one to two months for aggregate monthly data to accurately reflect changes made to KPI status.
    Note: In some environments, resolved incident KPIs may require further configuration to retrieve resolved incident data.
