Manage personal and group resources

You can view and manage your resources as well as the resources assigned to the group you belong to. If you belong to more than one group, you can view and manage all the resources assigned to those groups.

Before you begin

Role required: cloud service user

Procedure

  1. In the Cloud User Portal, click the Views filter in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select either one of the two options:
    • Mine: View and manage all resources assigned to you. Once you select Mine, the Cloud User Portal shows only your resources.
    • My Groups: View and manage all resources assigned to all members of all the groups that you belong to. Once you select My Groups, the Cloud User Portal shows only your resources and the resources of all the members of the groups you belong to.
    Only the Root Admin and the Sys Admin have access to all three filters: Mine, My Groups, and All. The All option is visible only if the Root admin or the Sys Admin are logged in.
