Create and configure a form for a catalog item After you design the deployment model and operations for a blueprint, you configure the appearance and functionality of the form that end users use to request a service catalog item. Before you beginRole required: sn_cmp.cloud_service_designer About this taskYou can create multiple forms for a blueprint. Procedure While working in the blueprint designer, click the Operations tab and then click the Form tab. Click New, specify a unique and meaningful Name, and then specify the following values: Blueprint The blueprint that is the basis of the catalog item. What to do nextAfter you add the UI group, properites, and rules for both events and properites, publish the item to the catalog. Configure a blueprint UI groupConfigure a UI group to put related form fields into sections. When users request a catalog item, UI groups help the user see which attributes are related.Configure blueprint catalog propertiesConfigure properties that display fields on the catalog form. Users fill in or select values for these fields when they provision a cloud resource.
