View all showback statements As a service charging analyst, you can see the list of all showback statements that are generated. You can determine the reporting entity or the user group for whom the report is intended. Generate the showback statements, redetermine the total cost of the statement expense lines for the fiscal period, and publish the statements for the showback user to see. You can also create a showback statement. Before you beginRole required: service_charging_analyst Procedure Navigate to Financial Reporting > Showback > All Showback Statements. Click New to create a showback statement or click the Number of an existing showback statement record to edit. Fill in the form fields. Table 1. Showback Statement form Field Description Reporting entity Captures the business entity that availed the business service. Fiscal period Period for which the showback statement is generated. Assigned to Business unit head or department head who would see the showback statement. State Captures the status of the showback statement. Draft: The report is in a draft stage. Published: The report has been published, which means the reporting user and the users belonging to the reporting user group with showback user role can see the report. Disputed: The showback user has seen the report and has raised a dispute as he has a disagreement to the contents of the statement expense line. Closed: When the showback user accepts the statement item, then the statement item moves to Closed state. Total cost The total cost of all the statement expense lines. Assignment group Group to which the statement item is assigned. Short description Meaningful short description for the showback statement. Additional comments (Customer visible) Enter comments or notes in complete sentences and paragraphs as these comments are viewed by customers. The customer gets a copy of all information saved in the field. Work notes Add work notes for internal communication only. Click Submit to save the showback statement. Click Update if you have edited a record. Click Accept if you acknowledge the expenses reported in the showback statement. Click Delete to delete the record.
