Product owner and scrum master dashboards

The product owner and scrum master can track the work progress using their respective dashboards.

Note: The dashboards for Agile Development 2.0 must be activated separately using the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Project Portfolio Suite Dashboards plugin (com.snc.pps_dashboards). You require Performance Analytics Premium license to use these dashboards.

Product owner dashboard

The Product Owner Dashboard provides a central location to a scrum product owner to generate graphical reports for a release, sprints, stories, and groups managed by them.

To display the product owner dashboard, navigate to Agile Development > Product Owner Dashboard.

Scrum master dashboard

The Scrum Master Dashboard provides a central location to the scrum master and release planner to generate graphical reports for sprints, stories, and groups managed by them.

To display the scrum master dashboard, navigate to Agile Development > Scrum Master Dashboard.

Dashboard tabs

The dashboards contains these tabs to view the status of stories and generate scrum charts.

Burndown tab
The tab displays these burndown charts:
  • Release Burndown: The report displays the actual daily progress of the selected release from start to finish compared with the ideal progress.
  • Sprint Burndown: The report displays the actual daily progress of the selected sprint for an assignment group compared with the ideal progress.
Stories tab

The tab provides reports about status of stories for the selected product and release. The reports in this tab can be further filtered based on Group, Sprint, or Story State.

Both the product owner and scrum master can see these items:
  • Story Points: The total story points in number based on the applied filters are displayed. A bar chart report also displays the story points against each selected story state.
  • Story Count: The total number of stories based on the applied filters are displayed. A bar chart report also displays the number of stories against each selected story state.
The scrum master can also see these items:
  • Story Points by Group Members: The bar chart report displays the story points assigned to each member of the selected assignment group.
  • Scrum Task by Status: The bar chart report displays the count of scrum tasks against each selected story state.

To view different type of data in the bar chart reports, you can generate reports by grouping or by stacking. You can use a combination of Group by category and Stack by category to generate these reports. The categories available for grouping and stacking are: Assignment group, Epic, and State.

Group Velocity tab

The tab displays the velocity chart for the selected group against multiple sprints in a selected duration.
