Create a PDF for a work order that includes a summary of the completed work and the
name and signature of the customer.
This feature is available for work orders that are Closed Complete or
Closed Incomplete. The summary includes the completed tasks, parts
used and returned, incidental expenses, and the time required to complete the work. The PDF
also includes the name and signature of the customer.
After a work order has been closed, the system generates a message with a link to the work
order form, which displays both the Sign & Confirm button in the
form header and the Sign & Confirm related link. Use either the
button or link to open the Signature Pad popup window. After the customer enters a name and
electronic signature, the information is confirmed and a PDF is generated and attached to the

To use this feature, activate the plugin and enable the related configuration options.
