System Requirements

The ServiceNow Perl API requires Perl 5.8 with the following modules installed:

new(Configuration);

Example:

$ticket = ServiceNow::ITIL::Ticket->new($CONFIG);

Takes a configuration object and manufactures a Ticket object connected to the ServiceNow instance
