Define which devices use the legacy mobile UI

Define which devices use the mobile UI.

  1. Navigate to System Properties > UI Properties.
  2. Locate Use mobile user interface if one of these strings (comma-separated) appears in the browser user_agent header (the glide.ui.mobile_agents property).
  3. Enter a comma-separated list of devices that are directed to the mobile UI.
Note: iPod, Windows CE, BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, Opera Mini, IEMobile are part of the default list.
  4. [Optional] If the property does not provide enough granularity, use the DetermineMobileDevice script include to define which devices use the mobile UI.
Property value is checked first. If the user agent for the device is listed in the property, the mobile UI is used. Otherwise, the script determines which UI is used.
