Security Incident Response ships with a default field mapping that maps a Security Incident to a Customer Service case. You can view the the security incident to CS case default map.

Before you begin

Role required:


  1. Navigate to Security Operations > Field Mapping.
  2. Click Security Incident to CS Case Field Mapping to view the default map.
