Add portfolios

A portfolio is a collection of related projects and demands. Create a portfolio to measure the progress of several projects and also create reports on these projects for analysis, which helps in managing your applications for a cost-effective business benefit.

Role required: sn_apm.apm_admin

About this task

Manage your applications for a cost-effective business benefit. For administrative purpose, you can configure, categorize, and organize the portfolios to have a better clarity of your business needs and plan on investment strategies.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Application Portfolio > Administration > Portfolio.
  2. Enter the Name of the portfolio.
  3. Select the name of the Portfolio manager from the choice list. You can also create a new record of the portfolio manager in the User form.
  4. Enter a Description.
  5. Click Create Portfolio.
