Set up users and roles

Import users and groups to provide access to the instance and facilitate automated processes, such as auto-assignment of tasks. Assign roles to groups to provide access to all group members, or assign roles to individual users.

Manage the individuals who can access the application by defining them as users in the system and assigning them to groups. Roles control access to features and capabilities in applications and modules. Once access is granted to a role, then all groups or users assigned to the role get the access.
