Open Case page

Open Case page

The Open Case page allows users to view assigned or open tasks and cases. Users can also communicate with HR from this page.

The Open Case page displays after submitting an HR case from the HR Service Portal or clicking an open or closed case from the HR Service Portal.

From the Service Portal Open Case page, employees can:
  • View open tasks and cases.
  • View the details about the tasks and cases.
  • View the status of tasks and cases.
  • View attachments related to tasks and cases.
  • Sign or provide credentials that documents were read.
  • View activity related to the tasks and cases.
  • Send a message about the activity.
  • Sign and complete tasks from the Case page.
  • View and change the priority of your case.
  • View and add to the Watch list.
  • Acknowledge a task was completed.
