Manage work orders

The Field Service Management process involves creating, qualifying, dispatching, and executing requests for off-site work, called work orders.

The steps and functions of the work order life cycle ensure that off-site issues are resolved efficiently. Users with the appropriate roles create the work orders and provide the necessary information needed for the work order tasks. Other users qualify those work orders and create the tasks necessary to complete the work order.
