Before you begin Role required: sn_shn.admin About this taskConfiguring an entity to use special handling notes adds the Create Special Handling Notes related link to the corresponding form. Procedure Navigate to Special Handling Notes > Configuration. Click New. Select a table in the Table name field. If desired, select one or more Related Fields. You can also display notes from related entities by including those fields in the configuration. For example, you can display notes for the account and contact associated with a customer service case by selecting the Account and Contact fields on the Case form. Click Submit. The configuration is added to the Special Handling Configuration list.
